Mary's path to her IFBB pro card began in 2009, driven by her desire to lose weight and get in shape. She revealed, "I didn't want to build muscles, thinking it would make me look masculine. However, I soon realized that to lose weight and achieve fitness, building muscles was essential." This revelation marked the inception of her incredible transformation. Mary's approach to training and bodybuilding has evolved over the years. While she remains a fan of traditional bodybuilding, she has embraced new strategies and techniques that work best for her.
